Henna Question-What do they use??

Question: ok, so the people who do henna tattoos.. when they trace the picture or stencil thing...do they trace it on wax paper? And what do they use to trace it, just a washable marker? And--the mmost important one--what do they put on your skin that makes the stencil stick...you know when they stick the drawing to you and it's on your skin...what do they use for that?

so basically:
what do they draw it with?
what do they put on your skin to make the drawing stick?
and what do they put the drawing on?

Thanks Lots

P.S. i'm sorry this question is so messy and ugly, but i typed it quickly.

Answers: Henna artists use a variety of ways with stencils and transfer paper. Being a henna artist I prefer transfer paper and watercolor pencils to stencils. Stencils tend to let the henna bleed under the stencil and you get a blurred stain. The best way is watercolor pencil found at any art/craft store like Michaels or to use tattoo transfer paper. You can find the paper at http://www.shopbeachcombers.com The paper lets you trace a design onto your skin to trace with henna paste. Also shopbeachcombers has all the henna supplies you need.
They do it with Henna. Its like a kinda root ground up.Its like a stain. It wears off in about a week.People draw it on.I think the Indians call it Mehendi.
