Oily nose??
Question: My nose is really oily, especially when I wake up. Is there anything that I can buy to stop it producing so much oil?
Answers: Try moisturizing. It sounds against the point, but when your skin needs moisture it produces more oil on its own (also a reason why moisturizing helps get rid of acne).
Use powder make-up to take away the shine.
Aw that sounds kinda cute. But yeah um, put on powder makeup throughout the day
Yep. There is a product by Lancome called T Control...you apply it before you put on your makeup and it totally controls any kind of oil. You can also touch up after you put your makeup on through the day. It is awesome, I have used it for about 2 years.
I have the same problem and I find that powder just mixes with the oil to make a nice pasty combination on my nose-- not too appealing! Try some oil absorbing sheets. They suck that stuff right up. Just use one when you think you are starting to get oily.
Well stop eatin too much oily stuff.. chocolate ect... there are lotions for it... go to some lotion place... anywhere ! and look for oily face treatment!
use an astringent before bed and always use a clean pillowcase.
There is no way to stop oil from being produced. It's your skin trying to keep it soft and lubricated. Be happy with excess oil as your skin will not wrinkle to quickly! There are ways to deal with the symptoms of it. Here are some ideas to help:
Try using those rice powder sheets to absorb oil. These are sold in lots of beauty stores. There are also products that absorb excess oil before it starts like Zero oil from Origins. I use this and quite like it. You can also use a powder with corn starch as this is helpful in absorbing oil.
I sugest using Spectro Acne Care clensing pads. It helps your skin to not produce acne, gets rid of acne,or prevents and gets rid of oily skin. I use this every morning and before I go to bed. You can perchase this at any of your local drug stores for about $5.00 for 95 clensing pads. Or another thing is: Oxy clensing pads, it's the same this as Spectro but a dollar more so it's kindof point-less if you buy Oxy lol... but that's just my opinion lol
Hope I helped :)

It is natural that nose becomes oily after a sleep.Everyone's nose becomes oily after the sleep and the intensity of oilyness varies depending upon the nature of your skin. For example an oily skin natured person would get more oil on nose than the person with dry skin natured. But both get oil on nose after sleep but intensity varies. And it is a kind of natural deffence mechanism for human body too. However if you are suffering with more oily skin than what it should be, you can choose homeo treatment. For example. Natrum muraticum, thuja, selenium, all have oily skin more . You need to take them under doctors advice only if you have other complications. Other wise Please use Natrum Muraticum in 6x potency for 2 months morning and evening 4 tablets which balance the thing.
get those blotting papers (you can get it from longs) there like these
little papers that you use to wipe off oil from your face. i like it because i don't always have to wash my face so many times a day just to
get the oil out.<3 <3
I have been using Nu Skin Clear Action® and it doesn't compare to any other. My skin chemistry changes all of the time and I still never have a problem.
i know it sounds crazy, but trust me:
Cut a tomato in half.
Rub the tomato halves on your skin.
Leave the juice on for at least fifteen minutes. Let the skin soak in the juice, so that it saturates into the pores.
Wash your skin with warm water, then wash with cool water. This closes pores and helps keep bacteria from spreading.
Pat your skin dry with a towel.
Use proactive..Sheer Matifitiying Gel ..it realli works..Trust me
