I hate my legs!??

Question: I seem to have a pear-shaped figure. My upper body is extremely skinny and I have a flat stomach ( I'm born with it. I didn't do any sit-ups or what so ever.) but my legs seem to be muscular and I hate it.

How can I get rid of those muscles?
Answers: Lay on the couch dont do anything and your muscles will atrophy and waste away by 21% if you are immobilized for 28 days.

eat fruit and veggies instead of meat
the more you use your legs, the skinnier they get ..
However, sometimes it depends on the make up of your body, and while you may be able to lose weigth it wont necessarily change the shape ....

Mischa Barton has a pear shaped figure - if your after some fashion tips maybe look at her for some ideas - she has great style and looks good 90% of the time ....

Hope that helps you out a little ...
You don't you learn to accept it & accept the changes that will be as bad as now that come with age, we all hate our bodies no matter what we are given.
Getting rid of muscle is a bad plan. If it was fat you could work it off but trying to get rid of muscle is just dangerous. Instead of trying to get rid of it, learn to dress in a way that flatters you. Show off your good points like your arms and stomach and wear clothes like A-line skirts, which are a classic for pear-shaped women. The best thing to do is not wear anything too tight or too loose on your bottom half - stick with things that skim your curves and you'll look great.
Have you tried yoga or pilates? they'll help.
I have the same problem but with my upper body, i got shoulders and arms that are so muscular its sick so i took yoga, i thought it was stupid, yoga i mean, but after the first class i changed my mind, now i recomend it to everyone.
i know you've probably heard this all before, but other people are probably envious of your legs!!! also, i'm pretty sure the only way to get rid of those muscles is to sit on your but all day. don't you want to be healthy and active? the fact that you have muscular legs shows that you're doing everything with your legs that you're supposed to be doing (exercising, sleeping, drinking water, etc.).

maybe it's the fact that your body isn't balanced out that's bothering you. try exercising your upper body, too (biceps, triceps, abdominals). that way, you'll look balanced out, healthy, and active!!!
Well don't feel bad, everybody's body can't be perfect,so just accept it.
Every day I hear some-one complain about their body or features. I even do it myself some-times! But what we all need to learn is that no matter what we do to get rid of things we hate some-thing else will pop up either equally as bad or worse. Sure you can get rid of your muscles in your legs but then you'll find you hate the colour of your hair so then you'll change it and find you hate the dark circles under your eyes e.t.c. The best thing to do is focus on the things you love about yourself and accept the way you are. You will feel much happier than trying to conquer all the bad bits of your body. Be happy.
cycling does wonerds for legs, but sometimes people are born with really strong legs with big muscles that you cant get rid of.
