Is my nose piercing infected??
Question: ok so i got it done with a gun , , , i know i know not the best idea . . .i am getting a crust around it and it is quite swollen! is it infected? how do you know if it is infected?
Answers: Please don't ever get anything pierced with a gun again. It's dangerous and usually leads to infection. I'm guessing your piercing is infected right now. Are you wearing the proper type of nose ring? If it's a normal earring (for your ear), then it's not appropriate for your nose and will cause more problems.
Please don't use rubbing alcohol like the person above suggested. Right now you should be cleaning your piercing ONCE A DAY, no more, no less with a gentle soap. Please go to the doctor for antibiotics.
