How do i loose 10 pounds in 7 days????
Question: i'm a little bit bigger than i want to be. i hate everyone who lies to me about it because they say i'm normal. i'm so desperate that i ask total strangers. i'm desperate!!!
Answers: If you're so focused on what you look like now, will 10 pounds change how you feel about yourself? The mental picture you have of yourself is infinetly more important than your actual apperance. This is why you meet people who are not physically attractive but look so good to you, and vice versa!
All that being said, there is actually a safe and calculated way to lose weight. You have to intake a certain number of calories per day less than you burn. I think every 500 = 1lb, but I'm not positive. Dont do the 'dont eat for a day' or eat only cabbage diets. Your body react to them and hangs on to calories when you start eating again! Good luck.
drink only water (plus a glass of milk with breakfast) and be a vegetarian for a week. Make sure you eat plenty of veggies, and get plenty of exercise, if you already have an exercise routine, ad 20 more minutes to it, if you don't have one, start one! Remember though, you have to replace the protein with something, so eat nuts and peanut butter, and take a daily multi vitamin!

the only thing that matters is how U feel about urself so u could diet or exercise 4 about 1.5 hours a day
i would watch what i'm eating and excersise.
Going to the gym and eating right. But you might not lose 10 that quickly.
It will be water weight only, not much fat...
No sugar, no alcohol, protein only, some veggies, no fruit
i doubt that you are fat. people say that about themselves because ,well i dont know why. but if you are not happy try changing your diet and working out. i even say that i'm fat and i am 5'0 110lbs. and 26 yrs. old. i dont think i'm fat but sometimes i do and you should also not think about the bad points in you and more about the good. thats what i do when i feel fat.good luck hun!!

It will be helpful for your diet.
The recipe is to put clean onions with peel into boiled water for 1 hour or so, and squeeze them.
You only have to drink onion soup instead of water.
