I am doing an assignment (studying beauty therapy)..and i need to provide pictures of all sorts of different make up.

but i dont know the difference between natural and neutral ..?

natural i think would be a picture of someone who has make-up on..but looks like they dont ..?

neutral? ..i have no idea what that even means.

PLEASE HELP.
Answers: Natural makeup means something which doesn't show u as u've madeup ur face heavily but pertaining to ur skin tone. Say for eg. if u have a skin tne which is pale lemon yellow tone so for such a skin tone it's best to use the lightest foundation powder, dust it with the loose powder to minimal and then just do ur eyes with a black eyeliner and a simple blusher over the cheekbone which will not even hint it's even applied. All shud be as per ur skintone and as per the shadows ur face countours have under normal conditions. Lipstick will be just a simple gloss or tinted lip gloss.

Neutral Makeup means one that isn't too flashy and almost simlilar to natural but one which will not define some feature in particular, say for eg. If u have great eyes u tend to emphasize more on ur eyes by defining them with eyeliners, eyeshadows, and mascara but if u just focus on ur eyes it becomes objective. Keep it to minimal and make up ur lips and face on a whole thats when the focus shifts to all of the face rather then just one feature.

Applying a pale lipstick, a natural shade of eyeshadow one which goes with ur eye, blusher which matches ur skintone, and eyeliner which is basic like that of black colour. Use a blue, silver tone or green it doesn't remain neutral.

Neutral means as simple as possible but with no emphasis on a particular feature. Highlight whole of ur face in such a way that it reflects as natural and evenly madeup face.
neutral is similar because it is like light soft colour's it's like in my house the walls are painted a neutral colour which is sort of the colour between white and cream, or light beige.
i don't think there's such a term as neutral makeup.
when you say neutral, if you are to follow the definition, it means something in between.
Neutral is a term applied to skin tones. the other two are cool and warm .
THeres a shade guide on LAminerals. com's website. Maybe that would help you out.
