What can i do about permanent makeup gone wrong???
Question: i am a massage therapist and i have a client who is a cosmetologist, she and i decided to trade services for permanent makeup (eyebrows).. i was nervous but i trusted her.. no money exchanged hands but i traded over $300 dollars in service from my business and my eyebrows are not fabulous.. they are actually quite imperfect.. i have seen her for 3 touch ups in an effort to even them out but now i think i may have to pay several hundreds of dollars to have them laser removed.. they are two completely different eyebrows and i'm losing faith that they can be fixed.
what can i do?
Answers: Well, since you are in the make-up section I will give you the most practical answer.
You can try to draw in both brows to make them match. Filling in one more than the other... whatever it takes. I suggest going with brow powder rather than pencil. I imagine your brows look penciled in as it is. A brow powder will create a softer look.
If the permanent damage is too much of a hassle to deal with, then definitely go for that laser removal.
Best of luck hun!

you can get them lasered removed, but you can also sue for the charges of removal since her services were not satisfactory, especially for someone with a license and in that expertise. it'd be best to negotiate with her first, and see what her policies are... if she has anything in writing (like on a business card or flyer) satisfaction guaranteed then she is required to compensate for the services (300$) or the removable, or maybe even both.. but atleast one of those. just look into it. get your eyebrows removed and whatever you do get everything in writing and contracted and signed. If you're self conscience about your eyebrows, fix it and make her pay.
Cut your hair by adding full length bangs that will cover your eyebrows. Flat-iron your hair straight and you'll look great. Don't lose faith, you'll eventually come to a solution.
