NYC Makeup.??
Question: Has anyone tried the makeup from NYC I just bought a concealer there and some brow pencils, I love it cuz it's cheap, I haven't tried it yet, but I've been meaning to try their bronzers..are they any good..cuz I have this cover girl one, but it makes me breakout big time and I also have oily skin! Which I hate!
Is their line like this too? Does it make you break out??
Is it mineral like..?
How is it...is it any good..anyone who has tried it...?

Answers: Ive used NYC for years. But I dont wear a lot of makeup. I use their loose powder, eyeliners and their clear mascara. and their lip glosses. I havent tried their foundation (I use almays tinted sports foundation) but everything else I have used ive been pleased with and its much much cheaper!!! Try Rimmel too. They have some good stuff and its cheap and you can get it al walmart or target.
NYC is great,,,,no break outs with it at all. Yes, mineral like...go for it

it's cheap crap, but you can do pretty well with some of their products if you know what ur doing. I have never seen them to have bronzer. stick to their lip colors and eye pencils.
the thing about cheaper products is that *usually* they use cheaper ingredients and fillers, like mineral oil and other oils. it probably will make you break out unless it says non-acnegenic, or non-comedogenic, which basically means it won't clog pores. don't fall for the oil-free buisness. they can leave out oils but still have greasy things added in. i've tried NYC, and i like their nail polish and eye pencils. i tried a concealer once, it kinda went on cakey... but it was fine when i added moisterizer. for something besides your eyes, i would opt for a something a little bit pricier, since they use better ingredients, and for me, it's not worth spending MORE money on acne washes and creams.
If ur broke and u need a quick fix then yea go for it...the shadow comes off rite away and its not the best stuff. I go with makeup i trust and the bigger the brand the better it works.Thats just my take on it.Id love to get makeup like Elf or Pink flamingo u no the stuff thats all natural but im not made of money so ill just dream.I stick to Covergirl and annebelle and MAC and what ever draws me in.Go ahead and use it bbut u might get a reaction cuz the reason its so cheap is becaus ethey use cheap products to make it.
i wouldn't trust that brand!!!! its cheap and the make up don't last. i always buy mac cause they last the whole day and the powder foundation its great. its a little expensive but its worthed... save some money and buy them or you can also try clinique they have a lot of product for acne prone skins.
I only buy their nail polishes ! When it comes to good concealer try Neutrogena Skin Cleaning oil free make up. It's the best thing I've used so far.
I haven't used them myself but i've seen some results on others and it looks amazing!
