Answers: i understand exactly how you feel, i have madly wavy hair and straighten it everyday.

- yes, if you straighten while your hair is wet it will not work properly and will burn your hair badly, even if you use Wet-to-Dry straighteners
- Its good to use a cream/serum before you blow dry too
- Use a heat protection spray/cream before you straighten (you can buy them from supermarkets/chemists and theyre not expensive)
- dont rush, just take your time and it wil be straight for longer
(about 7 seconds per piece of hair)
- to do it for your self, heres a step-by-step guide:-)

1. make sure you have a mirror, turn on the straightners to allow them to heat up
2. section your hair, and secure top layers with clips or a bobble so you just have the bottom layer.
3. if you are using heat protction spray, apply it now and brush through bottom layer
4. hold the straightners, bend your arm up behind your head, start at the roots and pull down
5. repeat til the whole layer is straight
6. repeat steps 2-5 with the reat of your hair until it is all straight

- after a while it will get really easy, trust me :-)
- to keep it straight, use a tiny bit of hairspray
(some heat protection sprays help keep it straight)
- if you still have trouble, email me or just ask your hairdresser for help

good luck flat ironing xx
DO NOT FLAT IRON YOUR HAIR WHILE WET!!!!! not good for your hair and part your hair that way you can flat iron the back...
Whoa.. that's sad. first of all NEVER EVER straighten your hair while wet! Such a bad thing it will ruin it! And to keep it stright... First of all do you have lkayers if so, clip all layers up, except one straighten it for about a LONG SOLID 7 seconds; because if you rush it will not stay that straight for a long time for all and NEVER EVER strighten one piece of hair for 2 seconds and then keep strightening it. then keep repeating for each strand of hair; and when your down with one layer clip one off and so the next. HAve fun and If you still have problems just ask your hair stylist to do it and to be shy to ask how it's done. ;]
first you shouldn't flat iron it when it's wet, use a serum from paul mitchel or matrix and blow dry it straight then use this serum but you need to put on a stylist product to help with the cuticle like matrix smoothing shampoo and conditioner good luck
DO NOT flat iron your hair while it is wet. Even if your straightner says you can, don't do it. It will fry your hair.

You should clip your hair up in sections. To start clip all of it up but the bottom back and straighten it. Once that is done, undo the clip and let a little more hair down. Keep doing this until you are finished.

A heat protectant spray will protect it and help it stay straight.

Good luck!
don't iron your hair when wet, it damages your hair and the straightener! you have to be very careful with straighteners because they dry out hair and gives split ends... so get yourself a good straightener.

before you straighten your hair put on heat protection, so that your hair does not get damaged. Tie your hair up an do it piece by piece... after wards put on some silicon or wax to keep it nice and straight and to moisteur it
I have the most thick, frizzy, unmanageable hair ever, so i might be able to help you. Don't flat iron your hair when it's wet, it causes major damage to your hair. You also probably want to get a product to help smooth your hair after you blow dry it, but make sure it doesn't have alcohol in it because that dries out your hair even more. I use Joico's Silk Result , just so you can have an idea of what i mean. If you do your hair in small sections, it helps you to straighten all of it and helps it to stay straight longer and when you straighten the pieces, do it slowly, and after it cools off i go back over it, but my hair is pretty stubborn. When you section your hair the easiest way is to go from the bottom, up. It also help when your blow drying your hair to try and get some of the curl out then. The best way i know of to keep it straight is by using hair products, like a smoothing gloss and a lightweight hairspray when you're finished. I hope this was helpful and Good Luck!
1st of all DON'T straighten it when it's wet

you could try parting your hair into sections and go from there
like, pull some up where its on top of your head
then straighten what you left hanging down and go on from
there

what also helps is if you dry it straight
again, part hair into sections and face the hair dryer towards
the floor, use a round brush
when that's finished flip your head over (like you're looking
at your feet ) and dry the underneath part and then dry the
top part (the part you see)
