Do some Girls/Women like Permenants??
Question: Im just wondering if Girls and Young woman still like getting Perms or is that totally out of fashion and only for the old ladies who are losing their hair from getting old???

Teenagers still get perms, they just brought down the volume of what women have had in the past..
