Removing hair colour!??
Question: Hi folks.
Two months ago I went to a supposedly good salon in Edinburgh and asked for some warm subtile chestnut brown panels to go in my hair. Ah yes, you guessed it, the colour turned out BLACK. Since then, I have used a product called 'Eraser' three times to remove the colour, but it hasn't faded that much. The person who did the monstrosity (apparently a top colourist) said it was a semi she used, although I am suspicious, surely it would have pretty much all faded out now?
Anyway, does anyone have any tips for anything I could use which would help fade the colour more? I'm a natural redhead if that helps.
Thank you!
Answers: color your hair the color it used to be then use the eraser thing to see if your natural color is back and not black
Dye over it! D:
The sun itself fades hair color, even if it's not dyed! But the sun can burn your hair as well. But there is really no way you can fade your hair. What you should is outgrow it. Let your hair grow and then cut off the hair that's black. Problem solved!!You don't want to over-dry your hair or anything like that, so just wait until it grows out!! Two colors on hair is in right now, so don't feel bad!!
get it stript use a perm solution
You really need to know the truth about what she put in your hair.It does not sound like she used a semi color, although sometimes the semi colors will not come out of the hair if the color that was used was a darker color. You may have to have to have a color remover used on those panels and then color them a shade closer to your natural color. Good luck
