Moved to Paris need Hair Colorist....??

Question: I recently moved to Paris and the colorist I chose has been frying my hair. I am a bottle blonde and want to stay that way, but he keeps putting really light highlights in the same place (over and over again) so my hair always breaks where it is highlighted. He also has me in a warm light brown base which I think is too dark and warm. Anyone know a great colorist in Paris who knows how to turn brunettes into blondes with minimal damage? I know it can be expensive, but I am willing to pay 'cause I am getting desperate....

Thanx!
Answers: try going to another hail colorist person and explaning to them how u want ur hair to be and how they way the last person did it you didnt like

No I'm sorry I do not, but check with the Better Business Bureau. They will at least be able to tell you who NOT to go to.
ask someone who's hair is beautiful who does your hair ? keep asking and try diffrent shops an d hairdressers while yoiu still got hair
look for commercial, adds and fliers
or
you could just ask a hair dresser.
