Answers: I use Retin A 1mg every other day
I take care of my skin.. and dont suntan anymore
I always wear a sunscreen when I go outside
I brush my teeth at least 3 times a day and see my dentist every 6 months
I get botox injections for frown lines every few months as needed
I drink plenty of H2O
I watch my diet and only have the fun fattening food once a week
I exercise 3 times a week for 1.15 hours each time
I get a yearly physical
I get enough sleep (usually)
I dont sleep while still wearing makeup
I rarely drink alcohol
I dont smoke.. anything
I dont use recreational drugs
I am 50 and look 40 I am told
