Why can't you get a tan on your palms??
Answers: because the skin is different on your palms and contains no 'melanin' which is what is built up during tanning thus turning our skins a different colour

I'm not sure this is anything to do with the tanning process. If you look at African people, the palms of their hands are also generally white .
You can if you enjoy your girlfriend after she has put on fake tan
because the sun can't really get to your palms
palms of hands and soles of feet do not contain enough of the pigment melanin to turn into a tan............they do not contain hair folicles either...................if u happen to come across a person with hairy palms and soles, run for ur life!!!!!!!!
