Shall I go blonde??

Question: I've got naturally black hair and have always dreamed of going blonde. I don't have to worry about my colouring because I'm naturally pale skinned with blue/green eyes so I'm sure it would suit me. Trouble is it's likely to really dry my hair out and be a pain in the **** to manage. Is it worth it to have more fun?
Answers: Go for it you can always change it back. ps buy a good conditioner that will help with the dryness
go blonde
Hell no, your roots would come in pure black like my friends', have to do them every week for her.
God no...it will be so difficult to care for..you will have to dye your hair every few weeks at the roots and being so dark they will show all the more, and yes it will dry your hair out...Stay natural
Keep your black hair...I bet it's beautiful!
Haven't you already answered your question. From what you have said it would appear you have no real motivation to do so, so why?
If you wanna go blonde, go blonde! Take a risk, even though it may be a pain in the ****. But maybe consider even going as a brunette. Blondes don't have more fun.
This is going to be really high maintenance and you will have to do your roots constantly. It will drive you mad. I am a natural blonde and I dyed my hair dark brown and I have to dye it every month and have my eyebrows dyed. It drives me to insanity. I would not recommend it. Anyway jet black hair and pale skin is really attractive. I bet you look really nice. Look for other ways to have more fun.
Only you can decide....and are you old enough like over 18, or over 21.....and do you really want that change...if you do you can start with dark blonde.....or blonde highlights, till you really want to go blonde...

P.S. I did that 40 years ago and still blonde! When I was pregnant I didn't color it blonde, and everyone asked when I was going back to blonde, my natural color, imagine that?
no way! If you don't get it right, your hair will turn orange. plus, black hair with blue/green eyes isn't a very common combination, and it's really pretty!
Nope, you'll have a hell of a time keeping up with your roots and it will probably dry your hair to a frazzle, get a few foil wraps put through you hair and this will achieve a differant look, go for a nice warm colour nothing to mad to start with, you can keep adding to these foils so you can gradually go lighter and lighter.
Please don't. I hate any kind of falseness and you all go in for it like it's natural to be false. Next thing you'll get a breast augmentation / reduction, face lift, liposuction. Christ, we like you women the way you are - sometimes you turn yourselves into freaks though with your obsessions about the way you look !
I love being blonde, but if I had black hair it would be sooo hard to keep up on! Seriously!

What I would do if I were you : is go on Ebay or Sally's beauty supply or similiar and buy a really cool-looking real/looking blonde wig. Try it out, where it out to places and see how much you like it. There are different color blondes you need to see if they'd look good.

Ash blonde, is for paler skins it has grey in it to tone down golden tones.
Golden blonde is for tan skins, like a California girl.
Dark blonde
Strawberry blonde (tint of red in it)
Streaks (lighter and darker blonde streaks).

So you are pale skinned with light eyes, then Ash, lightest blonde would be you (a marilyn monroe-esque type look). But did you see Angelina Jolie? She has black hair, and went blonde for that one movie, she looks much better as a brunette/black haired woman.
Green eyes are a dead give away your peroxide, but I find blondes can't touch brunettes when your getting it on.
Take it from one who has walked this road, it is definately worth treading those boards, the knowledge you will aquire regarding human nature will be invaluable. You will quickly see how visual people are, how shallow and without substance. Don't do it yourself, go to a hairdresser. Do it, if you don't you will always wish you had and believe me it is an experience you will never forget. But, if you have any integrity yourself you will see through it all and return to your natural self, after all who wants adoration based on the colour of their hair alone.
go brunette with blonde highlights
if it makes u happy
Go blonde! If you don't do it now you'll always wonder if it is worth the trouble. Enjoy the experience and be confident in it.
hi, go 4 it ,i am naturally very dark blonde(dirty blonde) i have been light blonde then went dark brown and i hated it i have now gone blonde again but only with 20% bleach and it is lovely and as for drying it out just use a really good conditioner and vo5 hot oil once a week really helps too
