How do i get rid of butt acne??
Question: both of my butt cheeks are fill with little zits
what can i do to make it go away?
Answers: Nuetragema has an acne body wash, use that. If you sweat a lot, that can cause zits since oil and bacteria can get trapped in your skin. Make sure you wear breathable underwear, like cotton. Stay away from the satin ones, those just trap in the heat, moisture and oils which leads to zits. Same thing goes for your back if you have zits there. Also, after you shower, try patting some baby powder on your butt to keep it dry. Keep a travel pack of wipes and powder in your bag and use it when you are feeling unfresh.
Same stuff that you use for your face acne i guess. Try neutrogena body wash.
your probably sitting on somthing hot..like cement after you swim..
wash your butt more often
Rub honey on it and wrap it in plastic wrap b4 you go to bed. 3 days of this should clear it up.
I suppose you could try using face stuff for the acne on you butt?!?!?

GROSS BUTT ACNE!!??!! maybe u should wash ur butt or use some kind of acne treatment....on ur butt.
Have your boyfriend meticulously pop each zit the do a sitz bath in clearasil
Try going to a dermatlogist to see if they can give you some meds

Use a cleanser with benzoyl peroxide, it's the most common ingredient in acne washes. Also be sure to exfoliate by using a wash cloth or cleanser with beads in it.
What i did when i had spots there was to excercise it a lot more and get a regular massage on it (or do it yourself) clense your butt regulary with a nice spot removal mosterizer it really helps now i only get the occasional zit on my bottom
awww. wash yer butt more..make sure it stays dry. If it gets wet wearing yer jeans or whatever dry it off and put a new pair on.
You can try either stridex pads or proactiv.
when you go to the bathroom to pee or take a dump.... make sure to wash it with soap and water and DRY it!... Butt is perferct for bacteria culture coz its warm and dark.. so... keep it dry and clean. dont hurry up going out of the bathroom. Oinments will do but only temporary do your personal hygiene.

hmm.. that sounds like you have Keratosis Pilaris (KP)... It's not really acne... it's a hereditary skin disease... there's not really any official cure though... But some people have found that it disappears as you get older. (but for some people, KP doesn't disappear)
