Answers: I'd say go for layers. You could also look up the name of a celebrity who has awesome hair on Google and bring in a picture to your hair stylist.

Layering is a great choice. Long redheads are very pretty, so don't take away too much of the length. Layering will give you body and bounce yet will still help you keep some of the length. Good luck!!

Try a ponytail or pigtails with cute elastics. Or you can just find a cute hairband, whether it's a stretchy one or those hard headbands. I use the hard ones because the soft ones mess up the front of my hair. And what else...you can just add a clip to one side if you're in a hurry so at least you'll have something cute on you hair, and you can try curling it a little and then trying to put it up in a ponytail. (If you do the curling thing, then it might be easier if you put your hair up FIRST, then use a curling iron, because curling it with rollers the night before and then trying to put it up usually just frizzes up the curls.)
