Answers: I can't really find it for you ,but I know that style of top is called a bandeau top you could search for that on internet websites.

That is the way bikini tops looked when they first came out with the bikini.

I think a gal like you would probably ask: Who designed it? so I'll answer that too: Dunno who did the design hun, but SOMEBODY must have done it, because it already exists and everything, even your socks, are designed by someone. And using it like a bikini isn't a new idea either, 'cause like some1 said above, that's how bikinis looked like when they first came up with them. Hope I've been clear enough.
