Prom Dresses??
Question: What is the best model and color of prom dress for somebody who is a little bit overweight?
Answers: Stick with the darker colors like navy, black or a nice brown or bronze.
Also a sheer looking wrap over the shoulder will not only add sexiness it will help cover your arms if the dress is sleeveless.
And girl, take it from someone who has the same problem....the extra touch like earrings, necklace, awesome shoes and purse and a great hairstyle will keep others from noticing any of the flaws that make you uncomfortable
Blue. And even though you might be overweight, go with a holter top. It brings out your curves
a bare dress can often be more flattering than one bulked up with too much fabric. narrow waist ribbon, halter neckline and bias cut skirt are also great. an empire waist slims the torso. gathered skirt, and a crossover neckline, pleats, cap sleeved shrug. sash in darker color than dress.
hope this helps
They always say that black makes a person look slimmer. Figure out which part of your body is your best feature and go with a dress that fits this figure type.

Not sure how much a little bit is. Most of the time, a simple dress that is either a 2-piece like: http://www.berraboutique.com/Prom_Dress-...
or a shorter dress with a ribbon or design at the/waist.center is best: http://www.berraboutique.com/Cocktail_Dr...
Darker colors (not bright, and not really light) are usually your best bet.
pink pink pink pink pink pink pink pink pink of course
nothing with frilly net
Halter dresses with empire waists- think Marliyn Munroe (size 14!!) in the classic picture with the white dress over the subway grate in NYC?
As for colour, pick something that complements your skintone. nd a flowy fabric that won't cling to anything you're self-conscious about.
White or a light purple, light pink, or light blue.
a lose dress. black would do
what is a little bit overweight?
don't be hard on yourself , maybe the standards of your peer group is too petite... a little weight never goes out of style.
anyway , i've seen them come and go , a straight line , empire waist is really pretty , almost breath taking..
i would consider the school colours , say a cream dress with the primary school colour as the waist sash ?
matching shoes?
I suggest dark colors,or you may also use light colors as long as there are no destructive designs...as for me,the best models would be drew barrymore when she was a bit chubby, also nicole smith when she was stout
Something with a corset and dark color
a went with a holster top black dress
Blue or black.
