Does It Really Matter What Brand Of Clothes You Wear??

Question: Like people who say they hate Ambercrombie or this brand or that brand?

Does it REALLY matter? It's all made in China anyways.(Probably with child sweatshop labor and lead paint!)
Answers: Clothes Brands are made Only for:
-Wanna Be's...
-People with very-very low self esteem...
-Jealousy because others do wear them...
-Ignorant people...

-(Wearing own clothes says tons about the person. Says that he/she is secured in all aspects of his/her life...
And, besides China or India for example, there's many upon many Clothes Factories around our own country making all the main labels ... Yes, in just one factory and all they do is placing different labeling and sometimes different stitching... I advise people to go to those places and buy them for just a few dollars... My friends and family have when visiting them in Utah, California and Florida...)-
No.

And those sweatshops at least give them a source of income, its better then the boys starving and the girls selling there bodies.
no, we should all go naked...(except in winter...)
i used to care when i was in high school, now that im the one paying for my clothes, i shop at Target
No. Nice Butt, Bunny.
Well, there's some people who spend money and they don't care how much money. They buy clothes from the most expensive stores. They don't know about child labor, and they're the popular people, usually. Most people care about if the clothes are comfortable, cheap, and somewhat stylish.

=O
Well eaven if you wear designer clother u're paying a large amount just for the brand name. But the quality is definetly better. Personally i like wearing certain brands (it makes me feel confortable) ... Converse, etc
No, people that have to attatch themselves to brand names are usually doing it out of lack of self confidence. Confident people are able to wear what ever the like and not worry about it.
no it dnt matter just as long as it looks descent.
however ambercrombie and holister i dnt like there style dats y i dnt were them. but it really doesnt matter
yeah it matters cuz ive never seen cool clothes that arent
No, as long as they are suitable for the occasion, fit well and are clean.
No.

It doesn't matter at all.

Yes, some are mainstream and all the rage , but all that really matters is your personal style, no one elses. No matter what brand it is.
It's not the clothes (or physical appearance) that makes a person: It's who they are on the inside and how they carry themselves.

I pay no mind to the brand I wear. If it's cheap enough (Like Walmart cheap) and I can wear it and NOT be scantily clad, that's all I give a dang about!
It's abercrombie and people buy brands like A&F, HCO etc...just for the name. Preps think the clothes from those stores make you more popular or w/e because their clothes are more pricey. Some people just think they're cute and comfy. I don't really care about brands, as long as it's cute!
The way I see it is if the clothing covers the body and it is cheaper than the rest then who cares what brand it is.
i dont think so it matters at all. i just hope that those who prefer branded ones find the comfort and nice fitting it provides, not just to show off or some kind of status symbol. but doesnt matter also if ure wearing unbranded ones.
it only matters if you make it matter
Not to me. As long as the clothes look good. I don't like Abercrombie though, because the clothes are kinda ugly and too common.
Nope. Doesn't matter at all. Brands are designed for ONE reason and one reason only... to brainwash people into paying more money for this piece of fabric than for that piece of fabric. Both serve the exact same purpose, but one makes a company more money because they've marketed their logo to a bunch of people who can't think for themselves.
If the style, colour and the material is good and comfortable and it suits you and most of all stitched and cut properly you should go for those clothes. It is not the brand. but some how most of the time the branded clothes fit the above descriptions except sometimes the Price! Then you have to sacrifice on one thing or another
Nope I don't think so. I mean anything that looks good, looks good. I don't want to pay like 100$ for one shirt when I could find 10 shirts that look just as good as that one. Honestly even if I had tons of money I still wouldn't pay tons on clothes. I like to find a bargain, more for my money.
nope...any clothes will do as long as u r comfortable of what you wear...but personally i used to love branded clothes.he3! on the second thought, again it doesnt matter as long as what you wear is clean and decent for you and apeals you so good!and the way you carry of what you wear...after all its a clothes what matter most is your personality...nakz...he3
It does and it doesnt.

I go more for the style, but if i have to choose between a brand that i can trust, like has good quality and somewhere cheaper i will go for the better brand. because a great brand it a plus.

but i dont care what other people where or anything like that.
Depends on the item of clothing

When it comes to jeans yes.Not all jeans are created equal and I find designer jeans have a better fit and are better quality.

T-shirts:90% are from Salvation Army
the other % are band t-shirts.

Sweatshirts-i pretty much wear whatever but I prefer American Apparel. There super comfy, come in tons of colors and all there clothes is made in the US in Los Angeles.

Footwear:
Sneakers:I only wear Vans slip ons or Converse because those are the only sneakers I like.
Uggs-Ive tried the less expensive ones and it was like wearing fur-lined carboard.

Everything else im up for whatever.
.
it doesnt matter, but i would rather not be a walking billboard
it depends on your age. ask a 14 year old...and YES. as an adult...and NO
it does. its nice to wear stuff that u love and like. if its from abercrombie or target, who cares. i still think its better to shop at cute places like abercrombie and HCO but, whatever the people want
I hear you on the China/sweatshop labor thing. I really don't care what the brand is, but if I see something Juicy Couture I usually snatch up what I can afford. As long as it looks good on me, I really don't care.
I don't think that it matters much at all, but I am older than many on here. There seems to be so many kids answering these types of questions who say that they only wear this brand, or use THAT make-up and so on. Nothing else seems to live up to their high standards. It just makes me wonder though: For those of you who are like that, who is actually paying for all your expensive things. Is it you, or is it your parents or someone else? Just wondering, because once you grow up and start to earn your own money, you will see that spending money on nothing more than a 'label' really doesn't make much sense when you can buy something just as good in most cases for cheaper elsewhere.
I mean, do you do this stuff just to be popular or something? Cause if you are, then you really don't have very good friends. No, they're too interested in things that really don't matter to most people. Its just totally superficial, and nothing else. True friends will like you for who you are, and not because of what labels you display on your clothing. All these high-ticket 'labels' are totally meaningless, IMO. The only ones who benefit when you buy all this expensive stuff are the companies that make the goods, but more specifically, the people who run those companies.
not to me as long as its cute ill wear it! my lil sis is a label whore she buys i pair of jeans 4 $100 I'll buy 4 to 5 pair 4 $100.
yes, it does matter. Your sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo... much cooler if you wear abercrombie or Hollister. Everyone knows that GOSH!
