Does anyone on here have their bellybutton pierced????

Question: I just got my bellybutton done a few days ago, and ive talked to a lot of ppl who have theirs done, and they all seem to have a different way that they took care of theirs whenever they got it done. How did you take care of yours if you have it done???

Answers: i walked around with a shotglass of hot salt water on my belly for 3 days. absolutely no problems at all and i have super sensitive skin. after 3 days it was completely healed. i could twist it and turn it and even change it.

Washed twice a day with anitbacterial soap and then rinsed with Seasalt solution. I have super sensitive skin and this worked great... had mine for years. =)

I used surgical spirit to keep mine clean and aid the healing process, it wards off any infections and worked a treat. Salt water is also great.

If you go to any jewellery shop and ask them for an antiseptic cleanser they should be able to sell you a bottle. Or try Boots ( drug store) and get a bottle of white spirit.
