Yes, a basic black dress would be wonderful. Try a strapless one or an empire waisted dress to highlight the right parts of her body and skim over her flawed ones. Tell her to wear pretty jewelry, too though. Also, wear some ballet flats, kitten heels, or peeptoe pumps. But don't buy shoes in the color of the dress, even if its black. Go for bright patent or a pretty pastel. As for the dress color, try to convince her to go with a wine or forest green or a navy dress, instead. They will still camoflauge her least favorite body parts, but add a splash of drama to any ensemble. cheers : )

I would go with a nice black, loose, cocktail dress, one that is tight underneath the breasts, the reason for this is because the smallest part of your actual body is underneath the breasts, and if she wears a dress like that is will show off her thin point and make her curves look really sexy.
